ارزیابی کمی معیارهای فرهنگی در معماری ، نمونه موردی: مجموعه‌های فرهنگی-هنری تهران

چکیده
ارزیابی کمی معیارهای فرهنگی در معماری مجموعه‌های فرهنگی-هنری معاصر برای ارتقای کیفیت فضایی، تقویت هویت و پذیرش اجتماعی ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی، اولویت‌بندی و کمّی‌سازی تأثیر پنج معیار فرهنگی— کیفیت زیبایی‌شناسی، تناسبات، سبک معماری، مقبولیت اجتماعی و معنا و هویت فرهنگی— بر ده نمونه موردی در تهران انجام شد. ابتدا معیارها با مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات استخراج و در سه دور دلفی با مشارکت ۲۷ متخصص معماری و طراحی سازه اعتبارسنجی شدند. سپس امتیازهای (۱–۱۰) هر معیار برای هر نمونه به‌کمک روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی وزن‌دهی و روابط علی معیارها با دیمتل تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد کیفیت زیبایی‌شناسی بیشترین وزن (۰.۴۷)، پس از آن معنا و هویت فرهنگی (۰.۳۰) و مقبولیت اجتماعی (۰.۲۰) قرار دارند؛ سبک معماری (۰.۰۹) و تناسبات (۰.۰۵) مکمل ولی مؤثرند. تحلیل دیمتل نشان داد معیارهای زیبایی‌شناسی و معنا به‌عنوان متغیرهای مؤثر اصلی، بر دیگر شاخص‌ها تأثیر قوی (CI > 0.60) دارند. در میان نمونه‌ها، «تئاتر شهر» با امتیاز کلی ۹.۰۵ بالاترین عملکرد را داشت که نشان‌دهنده توازن موفق میان جذابیت بصری، پیوند فرهنگی و مشارکت اجتماعی است. این یافته‌ها ضرورت ادغام معیارهای زیبایی و هویت فرهنگی در طراحی را تأیید می‌کند؛ طراحی‌ای که فراتر از کارکرد سازه‌ای، به پویایی اجتماعی و حفظ میراث بومی نیز می‌پردازد. چارچوب داده‌محور و چندمعیاره پیشنهادی، مدلی کاربردی برای معماران و برنامه‌ریزان شهری در طراحی فرهنگی-پایدار فرآهم می‌آورد
