ارائه مولفه‌های موثر بر ارتقا امنیت زنان در ایستگاه‌های حمل و نقل همگانی، نمونه موردی: قطار شهری شیراز

چکیده
سیستم حمل‌ونقل همگانی نقش حیاتی در جابه‌جایی شهروندان ایفا می‌کند و نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی جامع برای بهبود عملکرد و افزایش امنیت است. امنیت یکی از مهم‌ترین جنبه‌های حمل‌ونقل همگانی محسوب می‌شود، زیرا روزانه جمعیت زیادی از این سیستم استفاده می‌کنند. تأمین امنیت برای همه افراد جامعه اهمیت دارد، اما زنان به دلیل احتمال مواجهه بیشتر با خشونت، نیازمند توجه ویژه‌ای هستند. در ایران پژوهش‌های محدودی درباره امنیت زنان در حمل‌ونقل همگانی انجام شده است. لذا در این مقاله، هدف بررسی امنیت زنان در سیستم حمل‌ونقل همگانی شهر شیراز با تاکید بر قطار شهری است که از سال 1393 تاکنون مشغول فعالیت می‌باشد. در این مقاله به منظور بررسی امنیت خط یک قطار شهری شیراز ابتدا معیارهای موثر بر احساس امنیت زنان با استفاده از تحقیقات پپیشین و مبانی نظری استخراج شده‌است و سپس پرسشنامه‌ای طراحی و به تعداد 310 عدد در 9 ایستگاه احسان، میرزای شیرازی، شاهد، شهید آوینی، نمازی، زندیه، ولیعصر، فضیلت و ایستگاه شهید دستغیب توزیع شده است. سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS بر روی داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده تحلیل رگرسیون خطی با روش Stepwise صورت گرفته است و با توجه به نتایج مقاله، 4 معیار محیط بیرونی ایستگاه‌های قطار شهری، وقوع جرم و سرقت و آزار و اذیت جنسی برای بانوان هنگام استفاده از قطار شهری، خلوت بودن ایستگاه‌ها و استفاده از واگن ویژه بانوان، با متغیر مستقل که همان احساس امنیت زنان هنگام استفاده از قطار شهری می‌باشد رابطه معناداری دارند.
