Open access policy
Encyclopedia of Economics law journal is an open access journal from the first issue that has been published. It means that all the content of the journal is free for users and institutes. They can download, copy, print, search, and link to full text of the manuscripts without any publisher or author permission. The journal provides immediate open access to its content based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports the greater global exchange of knowledge.

Website Archiving
The electronic content of the journal is archived using the following method:
A PDF copy of all manuscripts is available online on the journal website for the readers. Another copy of that content is preserved as back-up in the server of the journal. If a problem occurs on the journal website that results in the loss of the manuscript, the backup copy can be quickly restored and the manuscript republished online on the journal website within 24-36 hours.
Personal archive
All authors can archive their articles immediately after publication on the journal website, in their personal system or on their institution website.
Publication Ethics Policies
The Contextual Architecture and Urbanism Design Studies journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and adheres to the Executive Regulations for the Prevention and Control of Academic Misconduct.
All editorial board members, reviewers, and authors are requested to review the Contextual Architecture and Urbanism Design Studies journal's Statement of Ethical Principles. In this journal, reviewers for articles are not selected from the editorial board members, except in exceptional cases where no external reviewers are available in the subject area of the article.

Paper Plagiarism Checker
To prevent plagiarism, the Journal of Contextual Architecture and Urbanism Design Studies uses the Samimnoor system as similarity checker tool for the Persian articles and the iThenticate system for the Latin articles. All articles before sending to the reviewers are checked for any similarity, and if the percentage of similarity is more than 25%, the article will be withdrawn from the review process.
